Costs

The cost of our urgent care services is thoughtfully priced for our Bonner County community. Given that we provide a specialty service, often outside regular clinic hours, our fees reflect the level of medical care and the fact that emergency care is being provided to your pet. 

A written estimate will be provided and discussed with you after the examination, and full payment is required at the time of service.  We may ask for a deposit prior to hospitalizing your pet or performing an anesthetic or surgical procedure. 

Payment Options

We accept multiple forms of payment including Cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

If you are looking for financing options, we encourage you to look into Care Credit or Scratchpay. 

Pet Insurance

We highly recommend that you consider purchasing pet insurance for your pet, and if you already have a policy, we are happy to assist with the submission of pet insurance claims. 

Most pet insurance claims will be reimbursed to you by the insurance company.  We will require payment of services and provide you with the documentation required for you to file your claim.  

Due to the nature of our business model, it is best if you take care of the paperwork yourself, as there may be delays from our end due to our hours of operation.
